Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of Nono ("the Service"), provided by [TO COMPLETE — legal name / auto-entrepreneur, SIRET] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What Nono is
Nono lets parents privately archive their children's drawings and artworks on a personal canvas. It is a keepsake tool for your own family's use.
2. Your account
- You must be an adult (18+) to create an account, and act as the parent or guardian of the children whose art you add.
- You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account.
3. Free tier and subscriptions
- Free: your first 15 artworks and one child's board, no card required.
- Solo: €2.99/month or €19/year — one child's board, unlimited artworks.
- Family: €4.99/month or €29/year — unlimited children's boards and artworks.
Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes where required. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. You authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen plan on each renewal until you cancel.
5. Cancelling, and what happens to your gallery
You can cancel any time from the billing portal in the app. When a subscription ends:
- Your gallery stays viewable and you can still export all your images.
- You can no longer add new artworks (or extra children, on Family) until you resubscribe.
We will never hold your existing memories hostage.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because Nono is digital content/services that begin immediately, by subscribing and starting to use the paid features you request immediate performance and acknowledge you lose that right once the service has been fully provided. [TO COMPLETE — confirm your refund approach with a professional.]
7. Your content
- You keep all rights to the artworks and photos you upload. They're yours.
- You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display them to you, solely to run the Service.
- You confirm you have the right to upload the content and that it is lawful.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use Nono to store or share unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to break, overload or misuse the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Availability
We work hard to keep Nono running and your images safe, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We recommend keeping your own copies of anything irreplaceable; the in-app export makes this easy.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version; continued use after changes means you accept them.
